Would recommend for a weekend break

Comfortable room, cute staff, and convenient location, especially with easy beach access and a good rooftop terrace for relaxation after a day of exploring the nearby restaurants and shops.

Everything was good, pleasant staff, stunning location just next door to the sea, on the main promenade making getting anywhere beach, and the car free sea front. The superior double room I got was included with amazing mountain views, hand soap, for example.

Consider exploring nearby restaurants for excellent dining options that exceed the hotel's breakfast offerings.

Honestly, best brekkie with fresh fruit and pastries. And the staff were super friendly! Shoutout to the chommies who just made it so lekker-always there to help, especially with our doggo. Plus, the room view was insane!

The pool was a bit on the small side, but we managed to chill anyway.

The air conditioning in our room was a nightmare. It was either freezing or sweltering. I asked the front desk for help multiple times, yet they seemed uninterested in addressing our complaints. The noise insulation was so poor that we could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

Our recent stay was fantastic, with an enormous junior suite and a great pool area. We loved the breakfast selection, but the dining could be pricey for dinner. I'd definitely come back!

We enjoyed our superior double room with pool view, and the vibrancy of the city while dining on the promenade was good. Consider local restaurants for dinner to compliment breakfast.

The staff were super friendly, especially Africa on reception. Enjoyed the beautiful terrace and loved using the daily beach towels. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Perfect spot for exploring the local area, full of culture and fun!

Had some issues with the check-in process. It took a bit longer than expected.

The views from our junior suite were amazing, and we enjoyed watching the

Sunset from the balcony each evening. The staff's attention to details, especially the personalized birthday surprise they organized for me. The check-in process took longer than expected, a minor inconvenience.

The experience was upgraded with the variety of delicious scones at breakfast, which we looked forward to each morning. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. We found the parking to be somewhat challenging, and the pool area felt a bit crowded at times. The request for additional toiletries took longer to fulfill than expected.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, a lovely jacuzzi, and helpful 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit. I highly recommend you try the seasonal outdoor pool. I'm coming back for Easter.
